New Planning Issues related to Code Section 67 (g) and Code Sections that create grantor trusts.
William A. Snyder has been a practicing attorney in Davie, Florida, since 1971. Founder of the law firm of Snyder & Snyder, P.A., he is board certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates, and is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Miami Law School Graduate Program in Estate Planning.
This meeting will also be our Annual Meeting for the EPC of Naples. Members will be needed to vote on some changes, new leadership, etc. Please plan to attend!
