This presentation will help to determine who are qualified persons and interested persons under the trust code and how the representation statute may be utilized to comply with the trustee's notice and accounting requirements. The presentation will include some instructional fact patterns and walk through of how these statutes are applied so that the trustee can fulfil their fiduciary duties to inform and account to all required parties.
